Max Boyko
Max Boyko has over a decade of lending, real estate development and sales experience ranging various real estate verticals. Max has founded and overseen multiple operational companies, and has returned to lending to pursue his passion of helping real estate investors achieve their investment goals through best of market loan programs for various niche products.
Through his career he has been involved in several thousand transactions valued over $1B of real estate as a lender, operator, or broker spanning most major markets across the country. Max brings his intuition and experience to evaluating projects and provides analysis to help investors make wise decisions.
In his free time, Max enjoys spending time on the tennis court in the summer and slopes in the winter, exploring the many beautiful natural wonders with his 4 children, and planning the next adventure. Max also serves on the board of Advanced Early Childhood Education, a non-profit organization focused on providing a high quality opportunity for children to find their talents and calling through art, music, linguistics, logical thinking and gardening classes.
Max is fluent in both English and Russian.
