First Vice President, Bobby Ash began his career at Optimus Capital in the summer of 2019. Born into a real estate development family he quickly developed a passion for the industry. “The idea of your life’s work being tied to structures that very well could be standing hundreds of years after we are gone always excited me”, said Bobby in an interview with SF Magazine in 2018 shortly after selling the most expensive Jack in The Box in history to none other than Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook ($5.4MM).
Prior to joining Optimus Capital, Bobby was a member of the National NNN and Hospitality team at the Marcus & Millichap-San Francisco office. After two years at Marcus as an investment advisor, Bobby was given the opportunity to shift his focus to the finance side of the real estate industry. Since coming to Optimus Capital, Bobby has made a name for himself in the Portfolio sector. The new go-to financier for South Florida based mogul TGCB Holdings as of 2020 – “Bobby is our guy. He has already successfully navigated the cross-collateralized refinance of 32 of our assets and we plan to continue adding to our portfolio with him as such.” Said TGCB principal Jeff Rose.
